White Chocolate Syrup Ingredients:

How to Make Homemade White Chocolate Syrup:

  1. Combine the Cream and Sugar: In a saucepan, over medium heat add the cream and sugar. Stir until the sugar and cream are perfectly blended together. Make sure to let the liquid warm, but don’t let it boil. 
  2. Add the White Chocolate: Turn off burner and remove saucepan from heat. Add the white chocolate chips, and stir until the chocolate has completely melted.
  3. Add the Vanilla: Add vanilla extract to enhcance the flavor
  4. Add Salt (optional): For more depth, add a dash of salt. 
  5. Cool Syrup and Store: Allow the syrup to cool, before transferring into an airtight container in the fridge. Make sure it is tightly sealed, and enjoy your homemade white chocolate mocha syrup for up to two weeks.

White Chocolate Coffee Syrup Recipe

With only five ingredients, this super easy white chocolate coffee syrup will be a new favorite add in to your morning brew.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine Cream and Sugar: In a saucepan over medium heat, add the sugar and cream. Stir until smooth. Make sure liquid does not reach a boil.
  2. Add the White Chocolate: Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chocolate chips. Mix until blended.
  3. Add the Vanilla: Add a teaspoon of vanilla to enchance the taste.
  4. Add Salt (optional): For a more enchanced flavor, add a dash of salt.
  5. Cool Syrup and Store: Pour syrup into an airtight container and enjoy for up to 2 weeks!

Consistency is Key: For a thinner syrup, add more cream. For a thicker syrup, let it heat longer.

Add Some Flavor: Experiment with different spices such as cinnamon or nutmeg to jazz up the taste. Feel free to also add a flavor shot of hazelnut or almond for a nutty taste.
