Iced Chai Latte Ingredients: 

  • Chai Tea: For this latte, you’ll need either 2 chai tea bags, or 2 tablespoons of loose leaf chai. 
  • 1 Cup Hot WaterMake sure water comes to a rolling boil. 
  • 1 Cup of Milk: Any kind- just keep in mind that different milks will bring their own unique flavor
  • Ice: 1 handful of ice cubes.
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Sweetener: Feel free to use sugar, maple syrup, or honey. Make sure to adjust to your personal taste.
  • Additional Spices (optional): Use a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg to garnish.

How to Make an Iced Chai Tea Latte at Home: 

1. Boil the waterBring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiled, remove from heat. 

2. Steep the Tea Bags: Add 2 chai tea bags or 2 tablespoons loose leaf tea into the boiling water. Let it steep for 5 minutes. If you prefer a richer flavor steep for longer.

3. Remove Tea Bags: Once steeping is complete, remove the tea bags or strain your loose tea. Then let the chai concentrate cool to room temperature.
