  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, brewed coffee, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Prepare Cinnamon Swirl: In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Layer the Batter: Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top, then sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Create Swirl: Use a knife to gently swirl the cinnamon-sugar mixture into the batter.
  8. Bake: Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool: Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons brewed coffee
