  • 1 shot (30ml) of coffee liqueur (such as Kahlua or simple syrup)

Here’s how you how to make this easy espresso martini recipe:

  1. Brew the Espresso: Start by brewing a shot of fresh espresso. Let it cool slightly. Its better to use espresso instead of cold brew or any other kind of coffee or it wont be an actual espresso martini.
  2. Mix Ingredients: Fill a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add 1 cooled shot of espresso, vodka, and coffee liqueur. 
  3. Shake: Shake the mixture vigorously for at least 15 to 20 seconds. This will chill the drink and create a nice frothy top.
  4. Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. be sure to use a chill glass after to make the drink cold
  5. Garnish: Garnish the frothy espresso martini with three coffee beans on top.
