Cortado Recipe Instructions:

  1. Brew a shot or double shot of espresso using your espresso machine into a gibraltar glass which is also called a cortado glass. 
  2.  Steam an equal amount of milk until it’s hot and slightly froth to turn it into microfoam.
  3. Pour the steamed milk over the espresso in a small cup, maintaining a 1:1 ratio of espresso or 2 ounces of espresso 
  4.  Latte art is a fun thing you can put on top of the foam if you are up for a challenge
  5. If you dont like hot coffee then you can easily turn this into an iced cortado coffe and still have the froth milk topping on it!
