- An equal amount of steamed whole milk or oat milk

- Brew a shot or double shot of espresso using your espresso machine into a gibraltar glass which is also called a cortado glass.
- Steam an equal amount of milk until it’s hot and slightly froth to turn it into microfoam.
- Pour the steamed milk over the espresso in a small cup, maintaining a 1:1 ratio of espresso or 2 ounces of espresso
