Here’s how to make oat milk shaken espresso recipe! 

  1.  Brew the Espresso: Start by brewing 2 shots of espresso. If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can use strong coffee as an alternative. If you really need a caffeine boost you can add 3 shots of espresso. if you use 3 shots of espresso just add in a little bit more vanilla to even out the flavors. make sure when you pour espresso its not hot even after bringing to a boil.
  2. Prepare the Syrup: If you don’t have toasted vanilla syrup, you can make it you can toast the vanilla bean in a pan until it’s fragrant, then simmering it in equal parts water and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool and strain the vanilla bean out. if you don’t want to do that then you can use vanilla bean paste, vanilla extract, real vanilla or plain vanilla syrup. 
  3.  Combine Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, add the ice, and toasted vanilla syrup and espresso.
  4. Shake with ice: make sure you have a shaker filled with ice and make sure its vigorously shaken with ice for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
  5. Serve: Strain the mixture into a glass. If you like, you can add a splash of milk or cream for a creamier texture and to make this iced add in some after you pour it into your up

  • 1 tablespoon or 4 pumps of toasted vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes
  • Optional: a splash of milk, creamy oat milk or cream
