Matcha Latte Recipe Instructions:

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to avoid any clumps.
  2. Add the hot water to the matcha powder and matcha whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until frothy.
  3. Heat the milk until it’s steaming, then froth it using a frother or by shaking it in a jar (with the lid on).
  4.  Pour the frothed milk into a mug, then add the matcha mixture.
  5. Stir gently and sweeten to taste.
