Chai Recipe Ingredients:

Chai Latte Recipe Instructions:

  1.  In a small saucepan, bring the water, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom pods, ginger, and black peppercorns to a boil. to make the chai spice 
  2. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes to let the spices infuse.
  3. Brew the tea by adding  the tea bags and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Use whole milk and honey or sugar, and heat until just about to boil. if you want you can froth or steam milk and put it on to.
  5. Remove from heat, strain the mixture into a cup.
  6.  Add in any extra sweetener you love to make it taste just how you like it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of whole milk (or any milk alternative like almond milk or oat milk)
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 whole cloves
  • 2-3 cardamom pods
  • A small piece of fresh ginger (sliced)
  • A pinch of black pepper
