  2. Grind Coffee: Use about 1-2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water. Grind it to a medium-coarse consistency.

  4. Add Coffee Grounds: Put the coffee grounds in the filter.
  5. First Pour Water: Pour a small amount of hot water over the grounds to “bloom” the coffee, letting it sit for about 30 seconds.
  6. Second Pour: Slowly pour the remaining water in a circular motion over the grounds.
