3 cups of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup vanilla syrup (preferably Monin)
Optional: 1 tbsp confectioner's sugar for extra sweetness

making sure your heavy whipping cream is cold.

the cold heavy cream and vanilla syrup into a large mixing bowl or a stainless steel handheld mixer.
