3 cups of heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup vanilla syrup (preferably Monin) Optional: 1 tbsp confectioner's sugar for extra sweetness

Step 1

Start by making sure your heavy whipping cream is cold.

Pour the cold heavy cream and vanilla syrup into a large mixing bowl or a stainless steel handheld mixer.

Step 3

Using an electric mixer or whisk, whip the ingredients together on low speed. As the mixture starts to thicken increase the speed to high.

Continue whipping until the mixture reaches soft peaks (approximately 5-7 minutes).
