1 large egg 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1/3 cup milk 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Start whipping the eggs and sugar.

Combine the dry ingredients and then add in the wet ingredients

Bake cake batter in flat pan for 15-18 minutes.

Korean Lunch Box Frosting 

½ cup soft butter 1 cup cocoa powder ¼ cup milk or heavy cream

Ingredients

Step 1

After cake cools, cut the first layer of cake using a small round cookie cutter or glass to create 3 to 4 layers per cake.

Step 2

Apply a crumb coat of frosting between each layer and refrigerate the cake for at least 30 minutes.

Step 3

For the frosting, combine your ingredients. Frost the cake completely.
